The curator submits the distribution list to the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) for approval.
The curator shall deposit a copy of the list approved by the supervisory judge, as well as a report on the state of the estate, at the registry of the court, to be available there for inspection by anyone free of charge for ten days.
The curator shall give notice of the deposit in the Government Gazette.
The curator gives written notice thereof to all known creditors, stating that the distribution list does not relate to unsecured claims.
Article 182 applies mutatis mutandis.
De curator legt de uitdelingslijst ter goedkeuring aan de rechter-commissaris voor.
De curator legt een afschrift van de door de rechter-commissaris goedgekeurde lijst alsmede een verslag over de toestand van de boedel ter griffie van de rechtbank neder om aldaar gedurende tien dagen kosteloos ter inzage te liggen voor een ieder.
Van de neerlegging doet de curator aankondiging in de Staatscourant.
De curator geeft daarvan schriftelijk bericht aan alle bekende schuldeisers, met mededeling dat de uitdelingslijst geen betrekking heeft op concurrente vorderingen.
Artikel 182 is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
