Upon the conclusion of the verification, the trustee shall issue a report on the state of the estate, and shall provide all information requested by the creditors in that regard. The report, together with the official record of the verification meeting, shall be deposited at the registry after the conclusion of that meeting for inspection by anyone free of charge. The deposit shall be made free of charge.
The bankruptcy trustee, as well as the creditors and the bankrupt, may, after the deposit of the official report, petition the court for the correction thereof, if it appears from the documents themselves that an error has occurred in the official report.
Na afloop der verificatie brengt de curator verslag uit over de stand van de boedel, en geeft hij daaromtrent alle door de schuldeisers verlangde inlichtingen. Het verslag wordt, met het proces-verbaal der verificatievergadering, na afloop dier vergadering ter griffie nedergelegd ter kosteloze inzage van een ieder. De neerlegging geschiedt kosteloos.
Zowel de curator, als de schuldeisers en de gefailleerde kunnen na de neerlegging van het proces-verbaal, aan de rechtbank verbetering daarvan verzoeken, indien uit de stukken zelve blijkt dat in het proces-verbaal een vergissing is geslopen.
