The curator shall immediately give written notice of the order referred to in Article 108 to all known creditors.
The trustee shall notify all known creditors in writing as soon as possible after the judgment declaring the bankruptcy has become final, of the day on which the claims must be submitted at the latest, as well as that the claim will not be eligible for verification if this condition is not met.
De curator geeft van de beschikking, bedoeld in artikel 108, onmiddellijk schriftelijk kennis aan alle bekende schuldeisers.
De curator stelt alle bekende schuldeisers zo spoedig mogelijk nadat het vonnis tot faillietverklaring in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan schriftelijk op de hoogte van de dag waarop uiterlijk de schuldvorderingen moeten worden ingediend, alsmede dat de vordering niet voor verificatie in aanmerking komt, wanneer niet aan deze voorwaarde wordt voldaan.
