The supervisory judge determines, after the judgment declaring the bankruptcy has acquired the force of res judicata, if necessary, the day, time and place of one or more verification meetings, as well as the manner in which the meeting is held in accordance with Article 80a.
De rechter-commissaris bepaalt na het in kracht van gewijsde gaan van het vonnis van faillietverklaring zo nodig dag, uur en plaats van een of meer verificatievergaderingen, alsmede de wijze waarop wordt vergaderd overeenkomstig artikel 80a.
