The registrar is obliged to provide every creditor, at his request and at his expense, with a copy of the documents which, pursuant to any provision of this Act, are deposited at the registry or are located there.
Likewise, the registrar is obliged to issue to any person, upon their request and at their expense, a copy of the documents of which any person can obtain inspection at the registry pursuant to any provision of this Act.
De griffier is verplicht aan elke schuldeiser op diens verzoek en op diens kosten afschrift te geven van de stukken, die ingevolge enige bepaling dezer wet ter griffie worden neergelegd of zich aldaar bevinden.
Evenzo is de griffier verplicht aan een ieder op diens verzoek en op diens kosten afschrift af te geven van de stukken waarvan een ieder ingevolge enige bepaling van deze wet ter griffie inzage kan verkrijgen.
