Articles 106a up to and including 106d apply mutatis mutandis to directors, former directors, supervisory directors and de facto managers of a European Economic Interest Grouping, a European Company and a European Cooperative Society with its registered office in the Netherlands.
De artikelen 106a tot en met 106d zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing op bestuurders, gewezen bestuurders, commissarissen en feitelijk leidinggevenden bij een Europees Economisch samenwerkingsverband, een Europese vennootschap en een Europese coöperatieve vennootschap met statutaire zetel in Nederland.
