The ground chamber shall revise the provisions of the lease agreement referred to in the first paragraph of Article 326, if this is desirable with a view to the preservation or development of the values of nature and landscape present on the land.
De grondkamer herziet de in het eerste lid van artikel 326 bedoelde bepalingen van de pachtovereenkomst, indien dit gewenst is met het oog op de instandhouding of ontwikkeling van de op het land aanwezige waarden van natuur en landschap.
