The information referred to in Article 230b, at the option of the service provider referred to in the opening words of Article 230b:

1.

is provided by the service provider on its own initiative;

2.

is easily accessible to the customer at the place where the service is performed or the agreement is concluded;

3.

is easily accessible by electronic means for the recipient at an address communicated by the service provider;

4.

is included in all documents provided by the service provider to the recipient in which these services are described in detail.

De in artikel 230b bedoelde informatie, naar keuze van de dienstverrichter, bedoeld in artikel 230b, aanhef:

1.

wordt op eigen initiatief door de dienstverrichter verstrekt;

2.

is voor de afnemer gemakkelijk toegankelijk op de plaats waar de dienst wordt verricht of de overeenkomst wordt gesloten;

3.

is voor de afnemer gemakkelijk elektronisch toegankelijk op een door de dienstverrichter meegedeeld adres;

4.

is opgenomen in alle door de dienstverrichter aan de afnemer verstrekte documenten waarin deze diensten in detail worden beschreven.
