The apartment owners are obligated towards one another to establish and maintain the construction, the layout of the building, or the layout or designation of the land in accordance with the provisions stipulated in that regard in the deed of division.
The court may stay the ruling on a claim based on the preceding paragraph when a petition based on Article 144, paragraph 1, under c, d or h, is pending.
De appartementseigenaars zijn jegens elkander verplicht de bouw, de inrichting van het gebouw of de inrichting of aanduiding van de grond tot stand te brengen en in stand te houden in overeenstemming met het daaromtrent in de akte van splitsing bepaalde.
De rechter kan de uitspraak op een vordering, gegrond op het vorige lid, aanhouden wanneer een op artikel 144 lid 1 onder c, d of h gegrond verzoek aanhangig is.
