Article 5:30

A shift in the shoreline no longer alters the boundary once it has been established, either by the owners of the land and the water in accordance with Article 31, or by the court upon the claim of one of them against the other in accordance with Article 32. The establishment is effective against everyone.
If, in the recording, a person who was registered as such in the public registers was a party instead of the actual owner of a plot of land, the preceding paragraph shall nevertheless apply, unless the actual owner has lodged an objection against the registration of the deed or the judgment before it has taken place.
Een verplaatsing van de oeverlijn wijzigt de grens niet meer, nadat deze is vastgelegd, hetzij door de eigenaars van land en water overeenkomstig artikel 31, hetzij door de rechter op vordering van een hunner tegen de ander overeenkomstig artikel 32. De vastlegging geldt jegens een ieder.
Indien bij de vastlegging in plaats van de werkelijke eigenaar van een erf iemand die als zodanig in de openbare registers was ingeschreven, partij is geweest, is niettemin het vorige lid van toepassing, tenzij de werkelijke eigenaar tegen inschrijving van de akte of het vonnis verzet heeft gedaan voordat zij is geschied.
