Article 3:56

For the purpose of the application of Articles 50-55, the following shall also be considered a party:
a.
in the case of a unilateral juridical act addressed to one or more specific persons: those persons;
b.
in the case of other unilateral juridical acts: those who are immediately interested parties in the maintenance of that act.
Voor de toepassing van de artikelen 50-55 gelden mede als partij:
a.
in geval van eenzijdige tot een of meer bepaalde personen gerichte rechtshandeling: die personen;
b.
in geval van andere eenzijdige rechtshandelingen: zij die onmiddellijk belanghebbenden zijn bij de instandhouding van die handeling.
