If a juridical act requires approval, authorisation, a permit or any other form of consent from a government body or from another person who is not a party to the juridical act in order to have the intended effect, any person with a direct interest may give notice to those who were parties to the juridical act that, if such consent is not obtained within a reasonable period set in that notice, the act shall remain without effect in his regard.
Behoeft een rechtshandeling om het beoogde gevolg te hebben goedkeuring, machtiging, vergunning of enige andere vorm van toestemming van een overheidsorgaan of van een andere persoon, die geen partij bij de rechtshandeling is, dan kan iedere onmiddellijk belanghebbende aan hen die partij bij de rechtshandeling zijn geweest, aanzeggen dat, indien niet binnen een redelijke, bij die aanzegging gestelde termijn die toestemming wordt verkregen, de handeling te zijnen aanzien zonder gevolg zal blijven.
