If the legal person, by virtue of the business it conducts, is subject to the supervision of De Nederlandsche Bank N.V., the Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten or the European Central Bank, the clerk of the court shall also provide a copy of the petition to the supervisory institution.
Indien de rechtspersoon wegens het bedrijf dat hij uitoefent, is onderworpen aan het toezicht van De Nederlandsche Bank N.V., de Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten of de Europese Centrale Bank, doet de griffier een afschrift van het verzoekschrift ook aan de toezichthoudende instelling toekomen.
