Article 2:347

An association of employees which has among its members persons employed in the enterprise of the legal person and which has possessed full legal capacity for at least two years shall furthermore be entitled to submit a petition as referred to in Article 345, provided that, pursuant to its articles of association, its objective is to represent the interests of its members as employees and it operates as such in the branch of industry or enterprise.
Tot het indienen van een verzoek als bedoeld in artikel 345 is voorts bevoegd een vereniging van werknemers die in de onderneming van de rechtspersoon werkzame personen onder haar leden telt en ten minste twee jaar volledige rechtsbevoegdheid bezit, mits zij krachtens haar statuten ten doel heeft de belangen van haar leden als werknemers te behartigen en als zodanig in de bedrijfstak of onderneming werkzaam is.
