The management board of each party to the division is obliged to inform the general meeting and the other parties to the division of any significant changes in assets and liabilities that have become apparent after the proposal for division and which have influenced the disclosures in the proposal for division or in the explanatory notes.
For a foundation, this obligation applies towards those who, according to the articles of association, must approve the division.
Het bestuur van elke partij bij de splitsing is verplicht de algemene vergadering en de andere partijen bij de splitsing in te lichten over na het voorstel tot splitsing gebleken belangrijke wijzigingen in de activa en de passiva die de mededelingen in het voorstel tot splitsing of in de toelichting hebben beïnvloed.
Voor een stichting geldt deze verplichting jegens degenen die blijkens de statuten de splitsing moeten goedkeuren.
