The minor is entitled to social care and assistance.
The director shall ensure that social workers of certified institutions, probation officers, and eligible behavioural experts are able to provide the care and assistance described in the first paragraph within the institution.
The director shall ensure the transfer of the juvenile to the place intended for that purpose, if the care and assistance described in the first paragraph make this necessary and such a transfer is compatible with the undisturbed execution of the deprivation of liberty.
De jeugdige heeft recht op sociale verzorging en hulpverlening.
De directeur draagt zorg dat de maatschappelijk werkers van gecertificeerde instellingen, reclasseringswerkers en daarvoor in aanmerking komende gedragsdeskundigen de in het eerste lid omschreven zorg en hulp in de inrichting kunnen verlenen.
De directeur draagt zorg voor overbrenging van de jeugdige naar de daartoe bestemde plaats, indien de in het eerste lid omschreven zorg en hulp dit noodzakelijk maken en een dergelijke overbrenging zich verdraagt met de ongestoorde tenuitvoerlegging van de vrijheidsbeneming.
