Pursuant to the health insurance, the policyholder is liable for the payment of the premium.
By way of derogation from Article 925 of Book 7 of the Civil Code and from paragraph 1:
no premium is due until the first day of the calendar month following the calendar month in which an insured person has reached the age of eighteen years;
no premium is due for the period referred to in Article 18d or 18e.
Krachtens de zorgverzekering is de verzekeringnemer premie verschuldigd.
In afwijking van artikel 925 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek en van het eerste lid:
is geen premie verschuldigd tot de eerste dag van de kalendermaand volgende op de kalendermaand waarin een verzekerde de leeftijd van achttien jaren heeft bereikt;
is geen premie verschuldigd over de periode, bedoeld in artikel 18d of 18e.
