Articles 941, paragraph 1, and 957 of Book 7 of the Civil Code shall not apply.
2.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 952 of Book 7 of the Civil Code where necessary, the health insurer is not authorised to refuse an insured benefit in whole or in part if the occurrence of the insured risk is attributable to the insured.

De artikelen 941, eerste lid, en 957 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek zijn niet van toepassing.
2.
Zonodig in afwijking van artikel 952 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek is de zorgverzekeraar niet bevoegd een verzekerde prestatie geheel of gedeeltelijk te weigeren indien het intreden van het verzekerde risico aan de verzekerde is te wijten.
