The public prosecutor shall notify Our Minister without delay of every serious breach of the conditions.

2.

As soon as the probationary period has expired, the public prosecutor shall submit a report to Our Minister regarding compliance with the conditions.

Van iedere ernstige overtreding van de voorwaarden geeft de officier van justitie onverwijld kennis aan Onze Minister.

2.

Zodra de proeftijd is verstreken brengt de officier van justitie aan Onze Minister rapport uit omtrent de naleving van de voorwaarden.
