The supervision to be exercised does not extend to compliance with special conditions, imposed in the decision underlying the petition, which are contrary to Dutch law.
The supervision shall be exercised with due observance of the provisions laid down by or pursuant to Articles 6:1:15, 6:1:18 and 6:3:14 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The commencement and duration of the probationary period shall be determined in accordance with the law of the requesting state. In no event shall the probationary period exceed the duration it could have had under Dutch law.
Het te houden toezicht strekt zich niet uit over de naleving van bijzondere voorwaarden, gesteld bij de beslissing die aan het verzoek ten grondslag ligt, welke in strijd zijn met het Nederlandse recht.
Het toezicht wordt uitgeoefend met inachtneming van het bij of krachtens de artikelen 6:1:15, 6:1:18 en 6:3:14 van het Wetboek van Strafvordering bepaalde.
De aanvang en duur van de proeftijd worden bepaald naar het recht van de verzoekende staat. De proeftijd duurt in geen geval langer dan zij naar Nederlands recht had kunnen duren.
