If the public prosecutor deems there to be grounds to issue an order for the provision of assistance and support to the convicted person, he shall designate the probation agency to be charged therewith. Before deciding, he shall obtain the advice of this agency.
Indien de officier van justitie termen aanwezig acht om een opdracht te geven tot het verlenen van hulp en steun aan de veroordeelde, wijst hij de daarmee te belasten reclasseringsinstelling aan. Alvorens te beslissen wint hij het advies van deze instelling in.
