The public prosecutor shall, subject to the provisions of Article 16, ensure that action is taken in accordance with Section C of this Chapter if they have received a petition for the application of a decision by a foreign authority, on the basis of which conditions apply, the breach of which may or must lead to the enforcement of a judicial decision in a criminal case.
De officier van justitie draagt, behoudens het bepaalde in artikel 16, zorg dat overeenkomstig afdeling C van dit hoofdstuk wordt gehandeld, indien hij een verzoek heeft ontvangen tot toepassing van een beslissing van een buitenlandse autoriteit, op grond waarvan voorwaarden gelden waarvan overtreding kan of moet leiden tot tenuitvoerlegging van een rechterlijke beslissing in een strafzaak.
