The approved institution shall, through its activities, contribute reasonably to the implementation of the public housing programme of the municipalities in which it is effectively active.
The approved institution shall primarily deploy its resources to comply with the implementation of the public housing programme insofar as it relates to the field of public housing as referred to in Article 45, and otherwise for the benefit of public housing. This also includes the deployment of resources for the purpose of enabling other approved institutions to apply the first sentence. By Order in Council, cases may be determined in which the approved institution shall apply the second sentence.
The approved institution shall allocate credit balances and other resources, insofar as their retention is not necessary for its financial continuity, exclusively to activities in the field of public housing.
Regulations may be issued by or pursuant to an order in council regarding the application of the first paragraph and the second paragraph, and regarding the indication of the resources available to the approved institution for the implementation of the first paragraph.
De toegelaten instelling draagt met haar werkzaamheden naar redelijkheid bij aan de uitvoering van het volkshuisvestingsprogramma van de gemeenten waar zij feitelijk werkzaam is.
De toegelaten instelling zet haar middelen bij voorrang in om te voldoen aan de uitvoering van het volkshuisvestingsprogramma voor zover het ziet op het gebied van de volkshuisvesting als bedoeld in artikel 45 en overigens ten behoeve van de volkshuisvesting. Daartoe behoort tevens het inzetten van middelen ten behoeve van het door andere toegelaten instellingen toepassing geven aan het eerste lid. Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen gevallen worden bepaald waarin de toegelaten instelling toepassing geeft aan de tweede volzin.
De toegelaten instelling bestemt batige saldi en andere middelen, voor zover aanhouding daarvan niet noodzakelijk is voor haar voortbestaan in financieel opzicht, uitsluitend voor werkzaamheden op het gebied van de volkshuisvesting.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen voorschriften worden gegeven omtrent de toepassing van het eerste lid en het tweede lid en omtrent de indicatie van de middelen welke de toegelaten instelling ter beschikking staan ter uitvoering van het eerste lid.
