The interruption of prescription is only effective against the person in respect of whom the act of interruption has taken place.
To the periods of limitation referred to in the preceding article, Article 321, paragraph 1, under a-d of Book 3 of the Civil Code does not apply; in the cases referred to in Article 321, paragraph 1, under b and c, of Book 3 of the Civil Code, the legally incapable person or entitled party, whose right of action has become time-barred, has a right of recourse against the legal representative or administrator.
De stuiting der verjaring is slechts van kracht tegen dengene, ten aanzien van wien de stuitingshandeling heeft plaats gehad.
Op de in het vorige artikel bedoelde verjaringen is artikel 321, eerste lid, onder a-d van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek niet van toepassing; in de gevallen bedoeld in artikel 321, eerste lid, onder b en c, van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek heeft de onbekwame of rechthebbende, wiens rechtsvordering is verjaard, verhaal op de wettelijke vertegenwoordiger of bewindvoerder.
