Equated with bankers referred to in the preceding Sections of this Title are all persons or institutions that, in the course of their business, regularly hold funds at the immediate disposal of others.
Met bankiers, genoemd in de voorafgaande Afdeelingen van dezen Titel worden gelijkgesteld alle personen of instellingen, die in hun werkzaamheid regelmatig gelden ter onmiddellijke beschikking van anderen houden.
