The cheque is payable at sight. Any stipulation to the contrary is deemed unwritten.
2.
The cheque which is presented for payment before the day stated as the date of issue, is payable on the day of presentation.

De chèque is betaalbaar op zicht. Elke vermelding van het tegendeel wordt voor niet geschreven gehouden.
2.
De chèque, die ter betaling wordt aangeboden vóór den dag, vermeld als datum van uitgifte, is betaalbaar op den dag van de aanbieding.
