In the performance of the tasks referred to in Articles 94 and 95, the Council shall not intervene in the procedural handling of, the substantive assessment of, nor the decision in a specific case.
In the performance of the other tasks and powers assigned by or pursuant to this Act, the first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis, on the understanding that the Council shall also not intervene in the procedural handling of, the substantive assessment of, as well as the decision in categories of cases.
Bij de uitvoering van de taken, bedoeld in de artikelen 94 en 95, treedt de Raad niet in de procesrechtelijke behandeling van, de inhoudelijke beoordeling van alsmede de beslissing in een concrete zaak.
Bij de uitvoering van de overige taken en bevoegdheden, toegedeeld bij of krachtens deze wet, is het eerste lid van overeenkomstige toepassing met dien verstande dat de Raad ook niet treedt in de procesrechtelijke behandeling van, de inhoudelijke beoordeling van alsmede de beslissing in categorieën van zaken.
