The presiding judge of the multi-judge chamber shall conduct a roll-call vote in chambers. The presiding judge shall give his opinion last.
Each member is obliged to participate in the decision-making process.
The judicial officers charged with the administration of justice, the judges in training and the public prosecutors in training, the senior judicial clerks and judicial clerks, the registrar, deputy registrar and acting registrars of the Supreme Court, court officials and extraordinary clerks, as referred to in Article 14, paragraph 4, are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding that which has been expressed in the chambers concerning pending cases.
De voorzitter van de meervoudige kamer doet in raadkamer hoofdelijk omvraag. De voorzitter geeft als laatste zijn oordeel.
Ieder lid is verplicht aan de besluitvorming deel te nemen.
De rechterlijke ambtenaren met rechtspraak belast, de rechters in opleiding en de officieren in opleiding, de senior-gerechtsauditeurs en gerechtsauditeurs, de griffier, substituut-griffier en waarnemend griffiers van de Hoge Raad, gerechtsambtenaren en buitengriffiers, bedoeld in artikel 14, vierde lid, zijn tot geheimhouding verplicht van hetgeen in de raadkamer over aanhangige zaken is geuit.
