Unless otherwise provided by law, the hearings shall be public, on pain of nullity.
For compelling reasons, the hearing may take place in camera, in whole or in part. The reasons shall be stated in the official report of the hearing.
If, in matters concerning the law of persons and family law or to which Article 803 of the Code of Civil Procedure applies mutatis mutandis, the hearing is held in public in whole or in part, the reasons for this shall be stated in the official report of the hearing.
Tenzij bij de wet anders is bepaald, zijn, op straffe van nietigheid, de zittingen openbaar.
Om gewichtige redenen kan het onderzoek ter zitting geheel of gedeeltelijk plaatsvinden met gesloten deuren. In het proces-verbaal van de zitting worden de redenen vermeld.
Indien in zaken betreffende het personen- en familierecht of waarop artikel 803 van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering van overeenkomstige toepassing is de zitting geheel of gedeeltelijk openbaar is, worden in het proces-verbaal van de zitting de redenen daarvoor vermeld.
