The board shall, upon request, provide the Council with the information necessary for the performance of its duties.
2.
The Council may issue general instructions regarding the provision of information insofar as the requested information relates to decisions and actions taken in the performance of the tasks referred to in Article 23, paragraph 1.

Het bestuur verstrekt desgevraagd aan de Raad de voor de uitoefening van zijn taak benodigde inlichtingen.
2.
De Raad kan omtrent de verstrekking van inlichtingen algemene aanwijzingen geven voorzover de gevraagde inlichtingen betrekking hebben op beslissingen en handelingen ter uitvoering van de taken, genoemd in artikel 23, eerste lid.
