Our Minister shall notify the Council as soon as possible after the adoption of the budget of the Ministry of Security and Justice of the budget he allocates to the Council and the courts jointly. If the budget deviates from the estimated budget referred to in Article 101, the second sentence of that Article shall apply mutatis mutandis.
If the budget deviates from the estimated budget referred to in Article 101, the Council shall amend the budget.
Decisions regarding other amendments to the budget may be taken no later than the end of the relevant financial year.
The Council shall incur the necessary expenses within the limits of the adopted or amended budget.
Onze Minister maakt aan de Raad zo spoedig mogelijk na de vaststelling van de begroting van het Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie bekend, welk budget hij toekent aan de Raad en de gerechten gezamenlijk. Indien het budget afwijkt van het geraamde budget, bedoeld in artikel 101, is de tweede volzin van dat artikel van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Indien het budget afwijkt van het geraamde budget, bedoeld in artikel 101, wijzigt de Raad de begroting.
Beslissingen tot andere wijzigingen van de begroting kunnen tot uiterlijk het eind van het desbetreffende begrotingsjaar worden genomen.
De Raad doet de noodzakelijke uitgaven binnen de grenzen van de vastgestelde of gewijzigde begroting.
