Article 102

The Council shall annually establish an annual plan for the Council and the courts jointly. The plan shall include:
a description of the intended activities for the implementation of the tasks referred to in Article 91 for the year following the year in which the plan is adopted;
a budget for the upcoming financial year.
Insofar as the annual plan concerns disciplinary complaints that are dealt with by the Amsterdam Court of Appeal pursuant to Article 45, paragraph 1, of the Judicial Officers Act, the Council shall not adopt the annual plan until the Royal Professional Organisation of Judicial Officers has been heard. Insofar as the annual plan concerns disciplinary complaints that are dealt with by the Amsterdam Court of Appeal pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Notaries Act, the Council shall not adopt the annual plan until the Royal Notarial Professional Organisation has been heard.
The Council shall adopt the budget in accordance with the estimated budget referred to in Article 101.
The Council shall submit the annual plan to Our Minister before a date to be determined by Our Minister. Our Minister shall submit the annual plan without delay to both Houses of the States General.
Rules may be established by or pursuant to an Order in Council regarding the structure of the annual plan.
De Raad stelt jaarlijks een jaarplan vast voor de Raad en de gerechten gezamenlijk. Het plan omvat:
een omschrijving van de voorgenomen activiteiten ter uitvoering van de in artikel 91 genoemde taken voor het jaar volgend op het jaar waarin het plan is vastgesteld;
een begroting voor het komende begrotingsjaar.
Voor zover het jaarplan ziet op tuchtklachten die op grond van artikel 45, eerste lid, van de Gerechtsdeurwaarderswet worden behandeld door het gerechtshof Amsterdam stelt de Raad het jaarplan niet vast dan nadat de Koninklijke Beroepsorganisatie van Gerechtsdeurwaarders is gehoord. Voor zover het jaarplan ziet op tuchtklachten die op grond van artikel 107, eerste lid, van de Wet op het notarisambt worden behandeld door het gerechtshof Amsterdam stelt de Raad het jaarplan niet vast dan nadat de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie is gehoord.
De Raad stelt de begroting vast in overeenstemming met het geraamde budget, bedoeld in artikel 101.
De Raad zendt het jaarplan voor een door Onze Minister te bepalen tijdstip aan Onze Minister. Onze Minister zendt het jaarplan onverwijld aan de beide kamers der Staten-Generaal.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen regels worden gesteld met betrekking tot de inrichting van het jaarplan.
