As soon as possible after the submission of the legislative proposal for the adoption of the budget of the Ministry of Security and Justice to the Advisory Division of the Council of State, our Minister shall inform the Council of the budget, including the regulations to be attached thereto, that can provisionally be expected for the coming financial year. In doing so, he shall state the manner in which the estimated budget has been calculated.
Onze Minister deelt zo spoedig mogelijk na de aanhangigmaking van het voorstel van wet tot vaststelling van de begroting van het Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie bij de Afdeling advisering van de Raad van State, aan de Raad mede welk budget, met inbegrip van de daaraan te verbinden voorschriften, voor het komende begrotingsjaar voorlopig kan worden verwacht. Hij deelt daarbij mede op welke wijze het geraamde budget is berekend.
