In accordance with the rules referred to in Article 97, paragraph 1, Our Minister shall annually allocate a budget to the Council, charged to the national budget, for the benefit of the activities of the Council and the courts jointly. Our Minister may attach conditions to the allocation.
Met inachtneming van de regels, bedoeld in artikel 97, eerste lid, kent Onze Minister jaarlijks aan de Raad een budget toe ten laste van de rijksbegroting ten behoeve van de activiteiten van de Raad en de gerechten gezamenlijk. Aan de toekenning kan Onze Minister voorschriften verbinden.
