The landlord shall only implement an intended change in the policy pursued by him regarding the determination of costs for utility services with an individual meter and service costs as referred to in Article 237, paragraph 3, of Book 7 of the Civil Code, with the prior consent of the tenants' organization.
De verhuurder voert een voornemen tot wijziging in het door hem gevoerde beleid ten aanzien van de vaststelling van kosten voor nutsvoorzieningen met een individuele meter en servicekosten als bedoeld in artikel 237, derde lid, van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek slechts uit met voorafgaande instemming van de huurdersorganisatie.
