Without prejudice to the second paragraph, this Section may not be departed from to the detriment of the employee.
In the event of extraordinary circumstances as referred to in the Coordination Act on States of Emergency (Coördinatiewet uitzonderingstoestanden), Our Minister of Defence may deviate, or cause to be deviated, from Articles 3:1, 3:1a and 3:2 with regard to the military official.
Behoudens het tweede lid kan van deze afdeling niet ten nadele van de werknemer worden afgeweken.
In geval van buitengewone omstandigheden als bedoeld in de Coördinatiewet uitzonderingstoestanden kan Onze Minister van Defensie voor de militaire ambtenaar afwijken of doen afwijken van de artikelen 3:1, 3:1a en 3:2.
