The employer shall not prejudice the employee on the grounds that the employee, in or out of court, asserts a right to leave as referred to in this Act, has provided assistance in this regard, or has filed a complaint concerning this matter within the undertaking.
De werkgever mag de werknemer niet benadelen wegens de omstandigheid dat de werknemer in of buiten rechte een recht op verlof als bedoeld in deze wet geldend maakt, ter zake bijstand heeft verleend, of hieromtrent een klacht binnen de onderneming heeft ingediend.
