The presiding judge and the members of the court have access to all residential and business premises, as well as to any space that may be used as such, insofar as this is reasonably necessary for the performance of their duties. Upon entering, they may be accompanied by certain persons to be designated by them. If necessary, they shall gain access with the assistance of the police (sterke arm).
This article does not apply to disputes as referred to in Article 4a.
De zittingsvoorzitter en de zittingsleden hebben toegang tot alle woon- en bedrijfsruimten, alsmede tot ruimte die als zodanig kan worden gebruikt, voorzover dat redelijkerwijs voor de uitoefening van hun taak nodig is. Zij kunnen zich bij het betreden door bepaalde, door hen aan te wijzen personen doen vergezellen. Zo nodig verschaffen zij zich de toegang met behulp van de sterke arm.
Dit artikel is niet van toepassing op geschillen als bedoeld in artikel 4a.
