By way of derogation from Article 22, paragraph 1, of the Framework Act on Independent Administrative Bodies (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen), the authority of Our Minister to annul decisions does not extend to the rulings, the opinions, and the declarations of the Rent Tribunal (huurcommissie) or its chairperson, respectively.
In the exercise of the powers conferred by or pursuant to the law and the act referred to in the first paragraph, Our Minister shall not intervene in the procedural handling of, the substantive assessment of, or the decision in a specific case or in categories of cases.
In afwijking van artikel 22, eerste lid, van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen, strekt de bevoegdheid van Onze Minister tot het vernietigen van besluiten zich niet uit tot de uitspraken, de adviezen en de verklaringen van de huurcommissie onderscheidenlijk de voorzitter.
Onze Minister treedt bij de uitvoering van de bevoegdheden, toegedeeld bij of krachtens de wet en de in het eerste lid genoemde wet niet in de procedurele behandeling van, de inhoudelijke beoordeling van alsmede de beslissing in een concrete zaak of in categorieën van zaken.
