The board shall maintain a public register in which the decisions of the Rent Tribunal (huurcommissie) are recorded, with the omission of the names of the involved tenants, landlords, tenants' committees as referred to in Article 1, paragraph 1, of the Consultation between Tenants and Landlords Act, and tenants' organizations as referred to in Article 1, paragraph 1, of that Act, while stating the addresses to which those decisions relate.
Rules concerning the organisation of the register may be laid down by ministerial regulation.
In the public register referred to in the first paragraph, with regard to a petition based on an article mentioned in Article 4, paragraph 2, or based on Article 4, paragraph 5, the address of the residential space to which the petition relates and the date of submission shall be recorded until a decision has been rendered and the operative part of the decision of the Rent Tribunal (huurcommissie) has been recorded in the public register, or until the petition has been withdrawn.
Het bestuur houdt een openbaar register aan, waarin met weglating van de namen van de betrokken huurders, verhuurders, bewonerscommissies als bedoeld in artikel 1, eerste lid, van de Wet op het overleg huurders verhuurder en huurdersorganisaties als bedoeld in artikel 1, eerste lid, van die wet, onder vermelding van de adressen waarop die uitspraken betrekking hebben, de uitspraken van de huurcommissie zijn opgenomen.
Bij ministeriële regeling kunnen regels worden gegeven omtrent de inrichting van het register.
In het openbaar register, bedoeld in het eerste lid, wordt met betrekking tot een verzoekschrift met als grondslag een artikel genoemd in artikel 4, tweede lid, of met als grondslag artikel 4, vijfde lid, het adres van de woonruimte waarop het verzoek betrekking heeft en de indieningsdatum opgenomen totdat er een uitspraak is gedaan en de slotwoorden van de uitspraak van de huurcommissie zijn opgenomen in het openbaar register, of wanneer het verzoek is ingetrokken.
