Article 806

In deviation from the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 358, an appeal may be lodged against an order:
by the petitioner and those to whom a copy of the order has been issued or sent, within three months after the day of the judgment;
by other interested parties within three months after the service thereof or after the order has otherwise become known to them.
Articles 799 to 805, paragraph 1, inclusive, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the procedure on appeal.
In afwijking van het bepaalde in het tweede lid van artikel 358 kan van een beschikking hoger beroep worden ingesteld:
door de verzoeker en degenen aan wie een afschrift van de beschikking is verstrekt of verzonden, binnen drie maanden na de dag van de uitspraak;
door andere belanghebbenden binnen drie maanden na de betekening daarvan of nadat de beschikking hun op andere wijze bekend is geworden.
Op de procedure in hoger beroep zijn de artikelen 799 tot en met 805, eerste lid, van overeenkomstige toepassing.
