Against orders pursuant to
Articles 257 and 259, as well as Articles 262b, 263, paragraph 3, 264 and 265, with the exception of orders pursuant to Article 265f, paragraph 2, of Book 1 of the Civil Code;
Article 278, paragraph 2 of Book 1 of the Civil Code;
Article 253s or 336a of Book 1 of the Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek);
Article 435, paragraph 2, of Book 1 of the Civil Code;
Article 452, paragraph 2, of Book 1 of the Civil Code.
no other remedy is available than an appeal in cassation in the interest of the law.
Tegen beschikkingen ingevolge
de artikelen 257 en 259, alsmede de artikelen 262b, 263, derde lid, 264 en 265, met uitzondering van beschikkingen ingevolge artikel 265f, tweede lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek;
artikel 278, lid 2 van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek;
artikel 253s of 336a van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek;
artikel 435, tweede lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek;
artikel 452, tweede lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek,
staat geen andere voorziening open dan cassatie in het belang der wet.
