In all cases concerning a petition for the granting of an authorisation as referred to in paragraph 6.1 of the Youth Act (Jeugdwet), a petition on the basis of Section 4 of Title 14 of Book 1 or concerning a provision in the authority as referred to in Article 241 of Book 1 of the Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), the court may determine that the hearing shall be held in the closed accommodation, as referred to in the Youth Act, in which the minor resides.
In alle zaken betreffende een verzoek tot verlening van een machtiging als bedoeld in paragraaf 6.1 van de Jeugdwet, een verzoek op grond van Afdeling 4 van Titel 14 van Boek 1 of betreffende een voorziening in het gezag als bedoeld in artikel 241 van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek kan de rechter bepalen dat de zitting wordt gehouden in de gesloten accommodatie, bedoeld in de Jeugdwet, waarin de jeugdige verblijft.
