In connection with the interests of minors or the respect for the private life of the interested parties, the oral hearing shall take place behind closed doors.
The court may, however, at the petition of an interested party, determine that the oral hearing shall be held in public, in whole or in part, if compelling interests in publicity provide grounds therefor and the interests as referred to in the first paragraph do not oppose this.
In verband met de belangen van minderjarigen of de eerbiediging van de persoonlijke levenssfeer van belanghebbenden, geschiedt de mondelinge behandeling met gesloten deuren.
De rechter kan evenwel op verzoek van een belanghebbende bepalen dat de mondelinge behandeling geheel of gedeeltelijk openbaar is, indien zwaarwegende belangen bij openbaarheid daartoe aanleiding geven en de belangen als bedoeld in het eerste lid zich daartegen niet verzetten.
