Article 3
in forceAny amendment to the deed of incorporation of a company as referred to in Article 1 shall require the consent or ratification of Our Minister of Justice in the Netherlands, or Our Minister of Justice in Aruba, in Curaçao or in Sint Maarten, respectively.
Any person who, at the time of effecting an amendment to the deed of incorporation as referred to in Article 1, was authorised to effect such an amendment, is authorised to make the changes that may prove necessary to obtain the ratification referred to in the preceding paragraph.
Elke wijziging van de akte van oprichting van een vennootschap als in artikel 1 bedoeld, behoeft de toestemming of de bekrachtiging van Onze Minister van Justitie in Nederland, respectievelijk Onze Minister van Justitie in Aruba, in Curaçao of in Sint Maarten.
Ieder die op het ogenblik van het tot stand brengen van een wijziging van de akte van oprichting, als in artikel 1 bedoeld, bevoegd was zulk een wijziging aan te brengen, is bevoegd de veranderingen aan te brengen welke nodig mochten blijken om de in het vorige lid bedoelde bekrachtiging te verkrijgen.
