in forceCONDITIONAL TERMINATION OF THE ORDER FOR COMPULSORY TREATMENT AND OF THE PLACEMENT UNDER A HOSPITAL ORDER WITH CONDITIONS
With regard to the conditions referred to in Article 38, paragraph 1, and Article 38g, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code, the probation service shall report at least once every three months to Our Minister and to the public prosecution service that exercises supervision over the person placed at the disposal of the government (ter beschikking gestelde) pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 1.
Met betrekking tot de voorwaarden, bedoeld in artikel 38, eerste lid, en 38g, tweede lid, van het Wetboek van Strafrecht, rapporteert de reclassering ten minste eenmaal per drie maanden aan Onze Minister en aan het openbaar ministerie dat op grond van artikel 67, eerste lid, het toezicht op de ter beschikking gestelde uitoefent.
