A pilot scheme for forensic psychiatric supervision is in effect during the phase of conditional leave. The pilot is temporary in nature and shall last for a maximum of three years. Our Minister shall designate the institutions for the nursing of persons placed under a hospital order (ter beschikking gestelden) where the pilot will take place. In the pilot, without prejudice to the involvement of the probation service, the person placed under a hospital order who is on conditional leave shall be supervised by the institution for the nursing of persons placed under a hospital order.
Er is een proef forensisch psychiatrisch toezicht in de fase van proefverlof. De proef is tijdelijk van aard en duurt ten hoogste drie jaar. Onze Minister wijst inrichtingen voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden aan waar de proef plaatsvindt. In de proef wordt, onverminderd de betrokkenheid van de reclassering, op de ter beschikking gestelde die met proefverlof is, toezicht gehouden door de inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden.
