At the commencement of the trial leave, the person placed under a hospital order (ter beschikking gestelde) shall receive from the head of the institution for the nursing of persons placed under a hospital order a written statement in which the conditions attached to the trial leave are set out, as well as the grounds upon which the head of the institution for the nursing of persons placed under a hospital order may revoke the trial leave in accordance with Article 50, paragraph 3, of the Act.
Bij aanvang van het proefverlof ontvangt de ter beschikking gestelde van het hoofd van de inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden een schriftelijke verklaring waarin de voorwaarden zijn vermeld die aan het proefverlof zijn verbonden, benevens de gronden waarop het hoofd van de inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden overeenkomstig artikel 50, derde lid, van de wet, het proefverlof kan intrekken.
