in force(Involuntary) medical treatment
The responsible physician shall ensure that the notification of the application of an a-compulsory treatment, b-compulsory treatment, compulsory medical act, or the continuation of an a-compulsory treatment is recorded in the register as referred to in Article 6 and in the nursing file. He shall also ensure that the results of the consultation, as referred to in Article 33a, paragraph 4, Article 34, and Article 34b, as well as the advice provided therein and the agreements made, are recorded in the nursing and treatment plan.
De verantwoordelijke arts draagt zorg dat de melding van de toepassing van een a-dwangbehandeling, b-dwangbehandeling, gedwongen geneeskundige handeling of voorzetting van a-dwangbehandeling wordt opgenomen in het register als bedoeld in artikel 6 en in het verpleegdedossier. Hij draagt tevens zorg dat de resultaten van het overleg, bedoeld in artikel 33a, vierde lid, artikel 34, en artikel 34b, alsmede de adviezen die daarbij zijn gegeven en de afspraken die zijn gemaakt worden opgenomen in het verplegings- en behandelingsplan.
