in force(Involuntary) medical treatment
Following the termination of each compulsory treatment under category a or b, but in any event upon the expiry of the term referred to in Article 16c, paragraph 4, of the Act, the inspector shall conduct an investigation into whether the decision to administer the treatment was taken with due care and whether the execution of the treatment was carried out with due care.
The inspector shall also conduct an investigation following the termination of any compulsory medical act, if that act was performed to avert a danger resulting from the mental disorder of the person being cared for.
De inspecteur stelt na beëindiging van elke a- of b-dwangbehandeling doch in ieder geval na afloop van de termijn, bedoeld in artikel 16c, vierde lid, van de wet, een onderzoek in of de beslissing tot de behandeling zorgvuldig is genomen en of de uitvoering van de behandeling zorgvuldig is geschied.
De inspecteur stelt eveneens een onderzoek in na beëindiging van elke gedwongen geneeskundige handeling, indien die handeling is verricht ter afwending van een gevaar dat voortvloeit uit de stoornis van de geestvermogens van de verpleegde.
